We have the knowledge to properly prepare for and install tile, hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl flooring. Experienced with zoned, thermostatically controlled heated floors.

Structural alterations

Open floor plans are all the rage right now, if you want to open up your space we can help. We have experience removing walls doorways and archways. We can determine if a wall is load bearing or not and the best plan of action to suit your situation. We then work with engineers and architects to spec suitable steel or laminated wood beams for the removal of load bearing walls.

Electrical

New rough-ins, adding fixtures or devices, install fixtures including ceiling fans and chandeliers.

Plumbing

New rough-ins, re-route existing lines to reposition fixtures, adding lines, trouble shoot problems and install fixtures.

Finished basements

Complete basement finishing services. From sealing block walls, to framing, to insulation and finishing. Experienced in adding bathrooms and plumbing to below grade applications
